I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE ?

Yes, you have 48 hours from the time your order was placed.

Just send us an email and we will cancel your order and refund you within 30 days.

DO YOU SHIP ABROAD ?

Absolutely, we can ship your orders worldwide. However, free shipping is only valid for France. If you would like us to ship your purchase outside of France, please email us and we will inform you of any additional costs.

CHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Change (before receiving)

I changed my mind about my article, What Can I do ?

If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to change and we will do the necessary. Please note that any changes to the order must be made within 2 hours of the initial purchase, you will not be charged any additional cost.

Can I change my item after receiving the confirmation email?


Unfortunately not. All items that have been confirmed by e-mail are final and cannot be changed, you will need to make a return of the product.

What if my product is defective?


In the case of a defective product, you have the option to receive the same product or simply get a refund after returning the defective one.

I don't like my item, can I return it?


Returns are accepted * * only if they do not exceed 14 days from receipt of the package. However, to guarantee you a refund, all returned products must be in perfect condition. Return costs are at your expense. The proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.

** Promotional items cannot be returned.

Can I return the item and Exchange it?


If the returned item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Email us and we'll take care of the rest. The return costs are at your expense, however the cost of the new shipment will not be charged.

How long does it take to get a refund?


Refunds can take up to 30 business days, depending on the payment system chosen at the time of purchase.

Haven't I received my refund yet?


Please inform us immediately by email if you have not received it after 30 working days.



REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

What is your refund policy?


All items purchased may be refunded, at the discretion and approval of management, under the following conditions:

Return requests are accepted within 14 business days of delivery.

All items must be returned in their original condition, delivered with all parts and tags.

Damaged / defective / incomplete products cannot be changed.

The cancellation of an order can be made before it is shipped, however, the management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation of articles if the request is made more than 2 hours after the initial purchase.

Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective.

Management reserves the right to refuse any return and / or refund and any case is subject to the sole decision of the company.

The company will not be responsible for any errors in the shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the return of the product before receiving a refund.

Any change of address is subject to prior management approval and shipped and/or complete orders are no longer subject to change.
